Job summary

Herzing University is seeking a Clinical Placement & Compliance Coordinator to support clinical placement activities and regulatory compliance within an assigned region or program.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Placement & Compliance, this role coordinates student placements, maintains accurate documentation, and serves as the liaison among students, faculty, clinical partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely placements and compliant clinical experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years' experience in clinical, healthcare, or higher education settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical placements to meet timelines and hours.
• Maintain accurate placement records and documentation.
• Serve as liaison among students, faculty, clinical partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Support regulatory compliance processes and track deadlines.
• Communicate expectations and status updates to students and faculty.
