Job summary

Herzing University in the United States is seeking a Clinical Placement & Compliance Coordinator to lead student clinical placements and ensure regulatory compliance across assigned regions.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Placement & Compliance, you will coordinate placement schedules, maintain documentation, and serve as a liaison among students, faculty, clinical partners, and university leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years' experience in clinical, healthcare, office/auditing, or higher education setting.
• Experience in clinical coordination or healthcare administration preferred.
• Familiarity with clinical education environments or accreditation standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate student clinical placements within established timelines to ensure preparedness for clinical coursework.
• Maintain accurate placement records and ensure hours compliance per site procedures.
• Evaluate placement capacity and determine student assignments based on program/site requirements.
• Provide guidance on clinical requirements, timelines, and progression to students and faculty.
• Follow site protocols when requesting placement and assigning students to experiences.
• Assess challenges and escalate complex issues to leadership as needed.
• Support student compliance processes to meet deadlines and participate in clinical experiences.
• Track and maintain compliance documentation per university/site requirements.
• Communicate compliance expectations and status updates to students and faculty.
