Job summary

KW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND CONSULTING is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee Florida community associations. You will coordinate with boards, management staff, and developers to ensure contractual obligations are met and properties run smoothly.

The role requires a Florida CAM license, a valid FL driver’s license, strong customer service, budgeting, and vendor management. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, with opportunities to travel locally and work

Qualifications

Must have strong customer service principles and practices.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, regulations, or documents.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Must have a Florida CAM license and a valid FL driver’s license.
Flexible hours including potential nights/weekends and emergency responsiveness.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary coordinator to ensure contractual property management obligations are met and exceeded.
Prepare annual budget for the association.
Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements and cash management strategies.
Maintain complete property files and records; provide prompt status reports.
Supervise on-site staff and ensure safety standards; motivate team.
