Qualifikationen

• Three (3) years of experience as Community Property Manager or in a similar role managing community operations.
• Strong customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, leases, or documents of similar complexity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Florida CAM license is required.
• Valid Florida driver’s license.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish may be required.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary liaison between the client, KW Property Management, and on-site staff to project a professional image.
• Collaborate with the Association Board of Directors and/or Developer to manage and operate the community.
• Prepare annual budgets and analyze monthly financial statements including variances.
• Maintain property records and coordinate with headquarters on procedures and reporting.
• Supervise on-site team members and ensure safety standards and teamwork.
