Job summary

KW Property Management is seeking a full-time General Manager in Florida to lead community operations and coordinate with the Association Board and developers to ensure service quality and adherence to KWPM objectives.

Ideal candidates have at least five years of experience as a Community Property Manager, strong leadership and customer service skills, and a Florida CAM license (or plan to obtain within 90 days). Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as Community Property Manager managing community operations.
• Florida CAM license required or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary coordinator to meet contractual property management obligations.
• Prepare annual budgets for the association.
