Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison among residents, KW Property Management, and staff.
• Prepare annual budget for the association.
• Analyze and distribute monthly financial statements.
• Maintain complete and accurate property files and records.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure safety standards.
• Lead Board meetings and prepare minutes.
• Ensure contracts and vendors have COIs and licenses.
• Coordinate move-ins and orientation for residents.
