Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex procedures, leases, regulations, or documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish may be required at some locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as the company’s primary coordinator on assigned properties to meet contractual obligations.
• Prepare annual budgets for the association and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Maintain accurate property files and records and provide status reports on properties.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure safety standards and professional conduct.
• Organize meetings, coordinate with departments, and keep documentation up to date.
