Qualifications

• Three years of experience as Community Property Manager managing community operations.
• Florida CAM license is required.
• Must have a valid FL driver's license.
• Strong customer service principles and practices.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and leases.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between residents, the association board, and staff.
• Prepare annual budgets for the association.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and cash management.
• Maintain property records and coordinate with support staff.
• Supervise on-site staff and ensure safety standards.
• Organize meetings, report on operational status, and present recommendations.
