Hy-Vee's Floral Department is seeking a friendly Floral Clerk to assist customers, take orders in person or by phone, and help create beginning-level floral designs. You will keep the department stocked, organized, and inviting, ensuring fresh arrangements and vibrant displays that brighten customers' occasions.

In this fast-paced role you will work closely with team members, handle cash and POS transactions, and deliver warm, attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting with floral orders.
• Prepare and replenish floral products including arrangements and bouquets.
• Handle order paperwork and process orders over the phone or in person.
• Maintain department appearance and stock, including coolers and displays.
• Run the register, take payments, and make change.
• Deliver orders as needed and assist with general department upkeep.
