Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and taking orders.
• Create custom floral arrangements to exact specifications.
• Lead floral clerks and train staff on simple designs and daily tasks.
• Assist with orders and inventory, process flowers, and manage freshness.
• Respond to FTD/Teleflora orders and coordinate with customers.
