You will recruit and train staff, schedule, monitor inventory, ensure proper storage and temperatures, and deliver an engaging customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set the standard for customer service, employee relations, cleanliness, and department profitability.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and develop department employees.
• Manage pricing, promotions, and order fulfillment including FTD and Teleflora orders.
• Plan displays, promotions, and pre-orders to drive sales and engagement.
• Oversee inventory, storage temperatures, and department equipment maintenance.
