Job summary

AEO is looking for a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader’s right hand, ensuring stores meet AEO Brand Visual Standards and have effective Floorset execution. You’ll train the Floorset team, drive replenishment, and keep the guest experience front and center.

You’ll thrive on merchandising detail, collaboration with leadership, and building a culture of recognition while maintaining store safety and policies. This role is based in Orlando and supports AE & Aerie brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and brand standards.
• Ability to train Floorset team and set productivity goals.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards across merchandising and replenishment.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Support Merchandising Team Leader to ensure guest experience is prioritized.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate wins with the team.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction strategies in line with policy.
