Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floorset execution.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to train and coach staff and drive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive floorset execution and update visual standards.
• Train and coach the Floorset team to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards across merchandising and replenishment.
• Support the Merchandising Team Leader to prioritize guest experience.
• Ensure store safety and shrink-reducing practices.
