Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader, ensuring floorsets meet Brand Visual Standards and guest-ready presentation. You will drive replenishment, coach the floorset team, and keep the store aligned with AEO standards.

You’ll focus on guest experience, plan merchandising actions, and uphold safety and shrink-reducing practices while supporting a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for merchandising and visual standards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Retail merchandising and visual skills with store work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Support guest experience and stockroom safety while reducing shrink.
• Collaborate with leadership to plan merchandising actions and opportunities.
