Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to join our Merchandising Team and drive Floorset execution, visual standards, and replenishment to keep our stores guest ready.

As the right hand to the Merchandising Team Leader, you will train the Floorset team, maintain brand standards, and collaborate to deliver a standout guest experience through organized merchandising and timely stock replenishment.

Qualifications

• Strong merchandising passion and store presentation focus.
• Ability to coach and develop Floorset teams.
• Detail-oriented with time management and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by training the Floorset team and setting clear productivity goals.
• Ensure store visuals meet AEO Brand Standards and guest-ready merchandising.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Support Merchandising Team Leader to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Promote teamwork, recognize wins, and uphold store safety and shrink-reduction practices.
