Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience aligned with Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment.
• Maintain AEO Brand Standards through merchandising and replenishment.
• Champion a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
