• Experience training/coaching Floorset teams and achieving productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution by coaching floorset team and setting productivity goals.
• Ensure store adheres to AEO Brand Standards and guest-ready merchandising.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to maintain brand standards and store visuals.
