Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Merchandise Leader to support the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering brand-aligned floorsets and guest-ready visuals.

You will train the team, drive Floorset standards and ensure replenishment keeps the store well stocked while maintaining safety and shrink controls. You bring passion for AE/Aerie products, strong organization, and a flexible schedule to cover mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floorset execution.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Passion for AE and Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Support driving an outstanding guest experience by ensuring store reflects brand standards.
• Drive Floorset execution through coaching and setting clear productivity goals.
• Own day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to keep store fresh.
• Maintain Brand Standards and stockroom safety while reducing shrink.
