Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to partner with the Merchandising Team Leader in delivering AE Brand Visual Standards. You drive floorset execution, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the store guest ready.

You coach the floorset team, set productivity goals, maintain stockroom safety, and champion a culture of recognition. Flexible availability and a passion for retail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and floorset execution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Support Floorset execution and brand standards with coaching and goals.
• Drive floorset updates, replenishment and sell-through actions.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure up-to-date merchandising.
• Collaborate with Merchandising Team Leader to implement plans.
• Foster guest-ready environment and celebrate team wins.
• Ensure safety and adherence to store policies and shrink reduction.
