Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Merchandise Leader to be the Merchandising Team Leader's right hand, ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Visual Standards. You will drive Floorset execution, merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the guest experience on point.

You’ll coach the Floorset team, set productivity goals, maintain safety and shrink-reduction practices, and celebrate wins with the team while upholding AE policies.

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Floorset execution and merchandising updates to reflect brand standards.
• Coach and train the Floorset team, set clear productivity goals and ensure Floorset standards.
• Manage day-to-day merchandising, replenish stock, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support Merchandising Team Leader to maintain guest experience and AE Brand Standards.
• Maintain store safety and shrink-reduction practices in line with policies.
