Job summary

Floor & Decor in Massachusetts is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer shopping experiences. You will recruit, train, and mentor associates, manage merchandising, and ensure safety and loss-prevention standards.

You’ll analyze reports, optimize in-store performance, coordinate staffing during peak periods, and partner with corporate to uphold brand guidelines and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience and proven ability direct operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates.
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment with urgency.
• Demonstrated ability to increase the company’s overall market share.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales budgets and provide exceptional customer experience.
• Engage customers and ensure store associates deliver quality customer service.
• Strategically merchandise and maintain store presentation standards.
• Guarantee safety and security by following loss prevention guidelines.
• Train, supervise and develop store associates; manage workload and performance.
• Analyze reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC) and manage inventory.
• Interface with corporate HQ and ensure brand standards are met.
