FLOORING LIQUIDATORS is seeking a results-oriented Store Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and provide exceptional customer service. You will manage the sales team, coordinate merchandising, and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, training, and interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships and achieve performance goals in a retail flooring environment.

Formación

• Experience leading store operations and supervising 2–10 staff.
• Ability to drive sales, deliver customer service, and manage inventory.
• Familiarity with cash handling, SOPs, and store safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and manage day-to-day store operations including sales, warehouse, and merchandising.
• Lead store employees, delegate tasks, and ensure performance targets are met.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training new staff.
