Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is expanding its sales team in Spring, TX to promote polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems for commercial and industrial markets.

The Technical Representative will support the Regional Sales Manager, develop accounts, perform site visits, and prepare accurate proposals. Some travel may be required, with strong emphasis on growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required.
• Strong time and territory management skills with motivation to develop new accounts.
• College degree preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Account development and territory development through follow up, cold calling, telemarketing, lead follow up, and meetings.
• New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries, and material demonstrations.
• Measure floors and estimate material and labor requirements.
• Work closely with sales to provide accurate information for customer proposals.
• Occasional overnight travel.
