Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, seeks a Technical Representative to support the Regional Sales Manager in marketing polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems for commercial and industrial markets.

The role focuses on account and territory development, site inspections, proposals, material demonstrations, and travel as needed. A flooring/construction or sales background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in general flooring, construction, or sales is required.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Strong time and territory management skills with a drive to develop new accounts.
• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing is required.
• 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for account development and territory development through existing account follow up, cold calling /prospecting, telemarketing lead follow up, target marketing and business development meetings.
• New and existing account development, site inspections, proposal deliveries and material demonstration.
• Measure floors and estimate the amount of material and labor needed.
• Work closely with the sales force to provide accurate information for proposals.
• Occasional overnight travel.
• Motivation to help grow and build regional sales.
