Hira Industries and Aerofoam USA seek a motivated Business Development Specialist to support North American launch and growth of flooring underlayment and gym flooring solutions. This junior-level role offers exposure to technical sales, market development, and relationship building with architects, engineers, contractors, distributors, and OEMs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, construction products, flooring, building materials, or related field.
• Recent graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn and communicate technical product information.
• Willingness to travel throughout North America; valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Present flooring underlayment and gym flooring solutions to architects, engineers, designers, contractors, distributors, and OEM customers.
• Develop product specifications and track projects from initial design through bidding and product purchase.
• Identify and build relationships with flooring contractors, commercial installers, and distributors.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of distribution partners.
• Identify OEM opportunities and coordinate product evaluations, sampling, and qualification activities.
• Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of projects, prospects, channel partners, and OEM opportunities.
• Conduct customer visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, association meetings, and customer training programs.
