Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to warmly assist customers, help them find products, and process transactions on the sales floor. These roles involve maintaining clean, well-stocked departments and supporting a fast-paced, safe store environment.

Both full-time and part-time positions are available. A strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork helps drive store goals while adhering to company safety processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Support store operations and safety compliance.
