Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to deliver friendly, accurate service while helping customers find products for their projects. Roles include full-time and part-time positions with base pay starting at $15 per hour and increases based on experience.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, maintaining clean and stocked sales areas, handling checkout with POS, and supporting store goals. The role requires dependable teamwork and a focus on safety and accuracy.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Knowledge of basic math skills.
Customer service experience.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Some positions may require forklift certifications through Floor & Decor.
If state law permits, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
Process customers at checkout using POS system.
Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
Create price tags and merchandise signs.
Stock, tag and display merchandise.
Demonstrate and adhere to company values and safety processes.
Answer telephone per guidelines.
Be available to assist in other areas as needed.
Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
