Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months Lowe’s retail experience (or 3 years external experience with education unmet).
• 1 year of sales or customer service experience with sales goals/metrics.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service by understanding needs and communicating product advantages.
• Serve as a point of contact for customers and vendors, estimate projects, schedule installations, and track orders.
• If in Pro Department, focus on external accounts and outside sales and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors to restock.
