Floor & Decor is looking for motivated Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service on the sales floor. You will help customers find products, keep aisles stocked, and process transactions with a POS system.

This role supports a fast-paced, high-energy environment in a leading flooring retailer. Responsibilities include assisting customers, maintaining inventory, and following safety and company guidelines.

• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check, and card procedures.
• Create price tags and signage; stock merchandise.
• Support other store areas as needed.
• Adhere to company safety processes and policies.
