The role offers a fast-paced setting where accuracy, teamwork, and friendly service drive sales and customer satisfaction. All applicants should be ready to work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires drug test.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects and recommend products.
• Provide above-and-beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition and keep areas clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges.
