Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is hiring Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service on the sales floor. You will engage customers, suggest products for their projects, and process checkout in a fast-paced setting.

Roles include full-time and part-time positions with ongoing training and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include keeping areas stocked and clean, assisting customers, and upholding safety standards while meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about projects and recommend products.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition and keep area clean, safe and shoppable.
• Process transactions at checkout using POS system.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise and create price tags.
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Assist in other store areas as needed.
