Job summary

Floor & Decor in Naples, FL is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver friendly, accurate service and help customers find products for their projects. The role includes maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked sales floor and supporting a fast-paced team environment.

You will assist at checkout with the POS system, handle refunds/exchanges, and work with management to hit sales goals. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Forklift certifications may be required where permitted by state law.
• Drug test may be required for heavy equipment operation where applicable.
