Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Florida is seeking friendly Sales Associates to provide customers with accurate service and help them find products for their projects. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available on our busy sales floor.

You will stock, tag, and display merchandise, assist at checkout with the POS system, and support management to achieve sales goals. Prior customer service experience is helpful; 18+ with basic math skills required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications through F&D.
• Where permissible by state law, certification to use heavy equipment requires passing a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about projects, recommend products and excite customers about purchases.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas; ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Support company core values and safety processes.
• Answer phone calls according to guidelines.
