Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. in Florida is seeking a Sales Associate to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers find products to complete their projects. The role contributes to a fast-paced, safe environment by keeping the sales floor clean and well stocked.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available. You will connect with customers, recommend products, and ensure a positive shopping experience while supporting store operations, processing transactions, and upholding company

Qualifications

Must be 18 years or older.
Knowledge of basic math skills.
Customer service experience.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
Forklift certifications through F&D may be required.
Drug test may be required for heavy equipment per state laws.

Responsibilities

Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
Process customers at checkout using POS system.
Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
Follow cash, check and credit card procedures.
Create price tags and merchandise signs.
Stock, tag and display merchandise.
Adhere to company core values and safety processes.
Answer telephone per guidelines.
Be available to assist in other areas as needed.
Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
