Floor & Decor sales associates help customers on the floor, recommending products to complete projects and ensuring a fast, accurate checkout experience. The role supports a safe, clean, well-stocked store while meeting sales goals and following cash handling procedures.

Positions available include both full-time and part-time. A minimum base pay is offered with potential for higher starting pay based on experience, and benefits are provided as described in the store policy.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, and recommend products.
• Provide above and beyond customer service to exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock areas, keep store clean, shoppable and safe.
• Assist management and team to achieve sales goals.
• Process checkout and refunds per guidelines.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock and display merchandise.
• Follow company safety processes.
• Answer phones per guidelines.
