Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Sales Associate to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers find the right products for their projects in our Littleton, CO store. This full-time/part-time role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute on a fast-paced sales floor.

You will engage customers, recommend products, process transactions, and maintain organized, safe, and well-stocked displays while supporting store goals and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Forklift certification may be required for some positions.
• Drug test may be required for heavy equipment usage where permitted by state law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition and keep areas clean, shoppable, and safe.
• Collaborate with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check, and credit card procedures.
• Create price tags and signage.
• Stock and display merchandise.
• Adhere to company safety processes.
• Answer telephone per guidelines.
• Assist in other store areas as needed.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy.
