Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Stores Associate to engage customers, recommend products, and help them complete purchases on the sales floor.

You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, safe environment by keeping areas stocked, clean, and shoppable while delivering friendly, accurate service. This role offers both full-time and part-time schedules with starting pay from $15.10 per hour, plus the opportunity for higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to handle basic math.
• Customer service experience required.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Some roles may require forklift certification or passing a drug test where allowed by law.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, recommend products, and drive sales.
• Provide above‑and‑beyond customer service and resolve issues.
• Maintain in‑stock, clean, and safe selling areas.
• Operate POS at checkout and process refunds/exchanges per policy.
• Tag, stock, and display merchandise; support team and management.
