Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and help customers find products to complete their projects. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available in a fast-paced store environment with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Base pay starts at a minimum of $17.23 per hour, with higher starting pay based on experience. The role requires excellent communication, ability to multi-task, and adherence to company safety and cash-handling

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications.
• Drug test may be required where permissible by state law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend our products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work in cooperation with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Process refunds and exchanges according to guidelines.
