• Ability to follow established workflows for consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Execute accurate builder takeoffs and submit builder sales orders.
• Manage dedicated builder scheduling and warranties/file manufacturer claims.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Drive structure and precision in daily trade and service ops.
• Coordinate ordering, tracking, inventory, and vendor communication.
• Support scheduling and field coordination for timely handoffs.
• Track job costing and margins to protect project profitability.
• Stay updated on products and ordering processes for efficiency.
• Maintain high-level customer experience across accounts.
