CP Build is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support flooring projects from start to finish, managing materials, timelines, vendors, and project documentation. The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years of flooring administrative project coordination experience, strong organization, and the ability to keep multiple projects on schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of administrative or scheduling experience within the flooring industry.
• Experience coordinating flooring materials, orders, and deliveries.
• Experience working with flooring vendors, suppliers, installers, or project teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage flooring product submittals.
• Track submittal approvals and follow up to keep projects moving.
• Order and track flooring materials based on project schedules and installation requirements.
• Communicate with vendors regarding lead times, production schedules, and delivery dates.
• Coordinate material deliveries to align with project milestones and installation schedules.
• Monitor project timelines and identify potential scheduling or material issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate records.
• Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, installers, and internal teams to support successful project execution.
