Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED/College required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries regarding product selection, orders, prices and quotations.
• Schedule deliveries and installations, provide customer follow-up.
• Input orders, pricing and data into the computer system.
• Create sales tickets for builders and research credits/returns.
