Shaw Industries Group, Inc. is seeking a Large Account Merchandiser, Flooring to drive product presentation and in-store execution across partner locations.

The role focuses on ensuring displays are visually appealing, properly labeled, and aligned with sales strategies, while collaborating with sales teams on promotions and launches. The position involves regular store visits, merchandising audits, and travel within the assigned territory to maximize sell-through and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of merchandising or retail experience (flooring or home improvement preferred).
• Strong understanding of flooring products and installation basics is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move flooring samples and display materials (up to 50 lbs).
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visually appealing and organized flooring displays across retail locations
• Ensure all product samples, racks, and signage are current, clean, and accurately labeled
• Partner with sales teams to support promotions, product launches, and merchandising strategies
• Analyze sales trends and recommend adjustments to product placement and assortment
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
• Coordinate with Territory Managers on sample updates and new product introductions
