Qualifications

• 2+ years of merchandising or retail experience (flooring or home improvement preferred).
• Strong understanding of flooring products and installation basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visually appealing and organized flooring displays across retail locations.
• Ensure all product samples, racks, and signage are current, clean, and accurately labeled.
• Partner with sales teams to support promotions, product launches, and merchandising strategies.
• Analyze sales trends and recommend adjustments to product placement and assortment.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with Territory Managers on sample updates and new product introductions.
