MP Contract Flooring is seeking a Service Lead to oversee flooring installation operations, coordinating with builders, homeowners, and crew to ensure service issues are resolved promptly. You will schedule installs, track orders, monitor material status, and handle invoicing with attention to detail and strong communication.

The role emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and teamwork in a fast-paced field setting.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating service in flooring or construction preferred.
• Comfort with invoicing and order information.
• Ability to learn HeyPros and other software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with builders, homeowners, installers, and coworkers to resolve service issues.
• Schedule installers and service appointments.
• Track service orders from request through completion.
• Monitor orders and material status.
• Keep builders and homeowners updated.
• Review and approve installer invoices.
• Handle invoicing and order entry.
• Manage service activity using HeyPros and other industry software.
• Follow up on open items and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
