Job summary

Floor Nation LLC on Long Island is seeking an experienced Installation Manager to lead flooring installation operations across carpet, LVP, laminate, and hardwood. You will manage installation crews, coordinate schedules, order materials, and support warehouse activities while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will ensure on-time project completion, maintain quality standards, and resolve field issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in flooring installations across carpet, LVP, laminate and hardwood.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and scheduling abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computers and business software systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily installation schedules and crew assignments.
• Coordinate installation timelines to ensure on-time completion.
• Oversee warehouse operations and material ordering.
• Ensure installation quality standards and site inspections.
• Serve as primary contact for customer communication and issue resolution.
