Job summary

Randstad USA in Greer, SC seeks an engaging Operations Technology Trainer to work on the warehouse floor alongside staff. You will coach forklift, reach truck, and cherry picker operators on IT devices, WMS workflows, and ERP software to reduce errors and drive consistent efficiency across all shifts.

Responsibilities include creating quick-reference guides, tracking training completion, and supporting system go-lives and updates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Proficient with WMS, ERP (NetSuite or similar), and standard warehouse IT devices/scanners.
• Experience operating or working around powered material-handling equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks).
• Strong, patient communication style with the ability to explain technology clearly to floor staff.
• Education: High school diploma; degrees/certs in business/logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and train warehouse personnel on WMS core workflows and NetSuite functions.
• Ride along to verify correct system use and answer day-to-day software questions on the floor.
• Spot recurring user errors, coach team members in real time, and document incidents with root-cause details.
• Create quick-reference guides and short how-to videos; track training completion and gaps.
• Assist with software go-lives, pre-launch training, and system updates on the floor.
