Job summary

Randstad USA in Greer, SC is seeking an energetic Order Processing Supervisor to lead daily fulfillment throughput at our state-of-the-art distribution facility. You will oversee order waving, monitor WMS fulfillment queues, and ensure timely order releases across high-volume operations while supervising warehouse staff on the floor.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics setting, hands-on WMS proficiency, and strong leadership and safety focus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervisory/leadership experience.
• Hands-on with WMS and fulfillment tracking.
• Experience with powered material handling equipment (cherry pickers, forklifts).
• Strong leadership, team balancing, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and schedule warehouse personnel; adjust staffing to match order volume.
• Use WMS to wave, prioritize, and assign orders; monitor queues to meet shipping deadlines.
• Balance labor allocation to maximize daily productivity and efficiency.
• Provide onboarding, coaching, and enforce SOPs; address performance issues.
• Troubleshoot workflow, inventory, and order discrepancies; escalate when needed.
• Track and report daily metrics (order volume, throughput) using Excel and systems.
• Enforce safety rules and quality standards to ensure inventory integrity.
• Provide hands-on support during peak loads (labeling, shipping prep).

We are seeking an energetic and dynamic Order Processing Supervisor to join our team at a state-of-the-art distribution facility in Greer, SC. In this role, you will lead daily fulfillment throughput, oversee order waving, monitor WMS fulfillment queues, and ensure accurate, timely order releases across high-volume distribution operations. You will directly supervise and support warehouse staff, including order pickers and cherry picker operators, ensuring labor balancing and high operational efficiency while promoting warehouse safety standards.

• Minimum 2–3+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment.
• Hands-on proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and fulfillment tracking.
• Leadership, team balancing, and communication skills.
• Experience with powered material handling equipment (cherry pickers, order pickers, forklifts).
• Ability to work on the floor in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Supervision: Direct and schedule warehouse personnel, adjust staffing to match order volume, and foster a high-performance team culture.
• Order Processing & Workflow: Use WMS software to wave, prioritize, and assign orders, monitoring queues to maintain workflow and meet shipping deadlines.
• Labor & Resource Management: Balance labor allocation with changing shift priorities to maximize daily productivity and efficiency.
• Training & Performance: Provide onboarding, coaching, and SOP enforcement while addressing performance issues and rewarding results.
• Systems & Problem Solving: Troubleshoot workflow, inventory, and order discrepancies; elevate complex technical issues to management or IT.
• Reporting & KPIs: Track and report daily metrics (order volume, throughput, KPIs) using Excel and operational software.
• Safety & Quality: Enforce safety rules, equipment guidelines, and quality standards to ensure high order accuracy and inventory integrity.
• Operational Support: Step in with hands‑on support (labeling, shipping prep, warehouse tasks) during peak loads to meet shipping deadlines.

The essential functions of this role include:
