The Operations Technology Trainer is a hands‑on, floor‑based position responsible for training, coaching, and supporting warehouse and operations employees on the systems, technology, equipment, and tools used throughout daily operations.
Unlike a traditional desk‑based training position, this role spends the majority of the workday on the warehouse floor working directly with forklift operators, order picker operators, reach truck operators, cherry picker operators, and other warehouse personnel. The Trainer ensures employees understand and consistently follow proper system workflows and processes.
This position works closely with IT, Operations, and Warehouse Leadership to improve system utilization, reduce errors, accelerate new‑hire onboarding, and promote consistent processes across shifts and locations.
Ability to read and write in English. Ability to effectively articulate and present information and respond to questions from Management in a professional manner.
