Bachoco OK Foods is hiring for Floor Support on 1st shift at the Fort Smith, AR facility. The role supports the Debone Plant operations, requires standing for long periods, and handling products up to 50 pounds. The position is safety sensitive and offers competitive wages and benefits.

The team works from 7:55 am to 4:55 pm with a pay rate of $16.25 per hour and additional incentives and benefits, including paid holidays and 401K options.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and reach with hands/arms for extended periods.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Safety sensitive position, with adherence to workplace safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up/tear down workstation and line as required.
• Assist in production of quality food products; pick up condemned product from floor; sort and grade product; label and box finished goods.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work area; prepare boxes, bag, and tape products as per customer specs.

1st Shift: Debone Plant

Dept. 431 - Floor Support – HEAVY LIFTER

Shift Time: 7:55 am to 4:55 pm

Pay Rate: $16.25 per hour

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; picking up condemned product that has fallen on the production floor; sort and grade product; make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes; scale boxed product to required weight; label boxes as applicable to customer specifications; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 POUNDS . Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
