Job summary

Bachoco Group is hiring for a Debone Cone Loader on 1st shift in Fort Smith, AR. The role supports the Debone Cone Loader department and operates on a 7:55 a.m. – 7:55 p.m. schedule. Pay is $18.50 per hour with incentives and benefits.

Assist with setup, loading, portioning, and quality grading of meat products in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. This is a full-time production position with holidays and vacation benefits after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Assist in the production of quality food products by performing duties as applicable to a specific task or department.
• Set-up/tear-down workstation and line as required.
• Load front half on high speed processing machines and ensure proper processing.
• Visually grade product and remove unacceptable items.
• Maintain safe and sanitary work area and meet production pace.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the duties of the assigned task.
• Operate and monitor high speed processing equipment and ensure proper portioning.
• Identify equipment issues and report malfunctions to keep line running.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the work area.

Shift Time: 7:55 a.m. – 7:55 p.m.

Pay Rate: $ 18.50 per hour.

Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

• Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required;
• Properly load front half on high speed processing machines so that the front half is properly processed;
• Properly arranges breast meat and/or tenders on high speed processing machines so that the meat is properly processed and/or portioned;
• Ability to recognize when machine is not functioning properly;
• Ability to visually grade product and cut out unacceptable products;
• Ability to perform job duties at a pace fast enough to keep up with the capacity of the machine and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.

Production workers are required to stand for a period of time, walk, and reach with hands and/or arms. The team member must regularly lift and/or move up to 25-40 POUNDS Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; fumes or airborne particles and extreme cold.
